Cheeky wee update!

Morning everyone! Hope you are all well and looking forward to the weekend!

 

I have been very productive with my blog posts recently (go me!) mostly because it has been absolutely dead in work so I've had plenty of spare time to talk rubbish on the internet. :)  I just thought I would give you all an update on whats been happening with me recently and my plans for the next few months. My life has been pretty chaotic recently and I'm looking forward to it calming down in the next couple of weeks.

 

As you already know, I got engaged last August, had my engagement party AND bought a house in November and our wedding is booked for November this year. I have slowly but surely been moving forward with my wedding plans. I finally have a band and a photographer organised. I still need a videographer, florist and I need to find bridesmaids dresses so the search continues!

 

The house has been a long project (a lot longer than we first anticipated) but we are hoping to move in next weekend. Yippee! The house we bought was an absolute mess. It was an old woman who owned it before us so the decor was really out of date, the bathroom had a walk in shower with a gate on it and the kitchen was really mismatched. Nothing was unlivable but it just didn't quite suit us. So... after a new kitchen, new bathroom, new carpets, walls plastered and everything painted we are finally getting our furniture delivered this week.

 

My plan is to do a tour of the house once we are in so I can show you around. I will probably wait a couple of weeks because I know there will be wee finishing touches still to be done after the move. I need to buy about twelve million photo frames to get all my pictures up!

 

I will definitely be filming my March favourites over Easter weekend as well since I'll have a few days off , when I get it edited is another question entirely! I've also got another video that I filmed last week which I'm in the middle of editing (how I style my hair when it's straight) so hopefully I'll be able to get that up before we move in.

 

I'm looking forward to being able to do some home decor posts and also having some peace and quiet to film for a change. Once things quieten down I'm going to make a SUPER DUPER EFFORT to post and film on a more regular basis. I say this in literally every post though.... so we shall see!
